COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Keep frozen until ready to cook.
     

  • Thawing:  Refrigerate overnight (a minimum of 12 hours before cooking).  Batter may appear thick. after thawing.  After thawing, batter will remain fresh in the refrigerator for

       5 days fresh. 

  • Batter can be refrozen after use.

 

This product must be cooked before consuming

  • Heat non-stick griddle, skillet or waffle iron 350° F to 375° F.  

  • Pour less than a 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake or 1/2 cup for each waffle.

  • Flip when pancake slightly bubbles and bottom is golden brown.

For thinner pancakes or waffles, transfer batter to a bowl and adjust the batter thickness by adding 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk.
